Our services

DevMellio designs, builds, and automates websites and software for businesses. New clients may start with a free business website; any paid work is agreed separately in writing before it begins. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of a specific price or outcome until we confirm it with you directly.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile phone number and giving consent (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on one of our lead forms or website contact form), you agree to receive text messages from DevMellio related to your inquiry — including responses to your questions and messages to schedule or confirm a consultation.

  • Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Acceptable use

Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, and do not submit false information or use our forms to send spam or abusive content.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, design, graphics, and logos — belongs to DevMellio unless otherwise noted. Deliverables we build for a client are governed by the separate written agreement for that work.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevMellio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
