Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you contact us (contact form or booking): your name, email address, phone number (optional), and any message you send. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to schedule and hold a consultation. We also record the IP address of the submission to prevent spam and abuse.

When you use the on-site chat: the messages you type are sent to our AI assistant (hosted on Google Cloud) to generate answers. We don’t store your chat conversations.

Automatically, as you browse:

• Analytics & performance — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser, referring site) and Amazon CloudWatch RUM to monitor page performance and errors. Both set cookies (for example, _ga).
• Advertising attribution — when you arrive from a Google Ads click, we record the Google click identifier (and its variants) and your Google Analytics client identifier, and store them with your contact submission. We use these only to measure which ads lead to genuine inquiries and booked calls. We do not build advertising profiles of you ourselves.

How we use it

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule or hold a consultation.
• Measure site and advertising performance so we spend marketing budget well.
• We do not sell your personal information for money, and we are not in the business of selling your data. We do share limited analytics and advertising identifiers with Google to measure ad performance (see service providers below).

Service providers we share it with

• Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage, email delivery, and performance monitoring (CloudWatch RUM). United States.
• Google — Analytics, Ads measurement, and Google Cloud (which powers the on-site AI chat assistant).
• Cal.com — scheduling consultations.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga) and Amazon CloudWatch RUM cookies for measurement and performance monitoring. You can block cookies in your browser; the contact form and the rest of the site still work.

Data retention & your choices

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to follow up and for our business records. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve given us — just reach out.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will change.
